Whether you're an experienced diver or just starting out, our club offers a supportive and exciting environment to improve your skills, stay active, and connect with fellow diving enthusiasts. Our club is dedicated to fostering a community where members can learn, train, and share their passion for diving.
What We Offer
Practice Sessions: Our club meets three times a week at the Ute Natatorium:
Monday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Athletes have the flexibility to choose how often they participate, with options to attend 1, 2, or all 3 sessions each week.
Pricing:
1 Time a Week: $75 per month
2 Times a Week: $125 per month
3 Times a Week: $160 per month
These practices are designed to help you refine your techniques, build strength, and gain confidence on the diving board.
Competitions: Our club will participate in various diving competitions throughout the year. These events provide an excellent opportunity for members to showcase their skills, represent our club, and challenge themselves against other divers. Please note that participation in competitions is optional and will require an additional fee.
EXPECTATIONS:
Commitment: Members are expected to attend regular practices. Consistent attendance is key to personal improvement and team cohesion.
Positive Attitude: We value a supportive and encouraging environment. Members are expected to maintain a positive attitude, cheer each other on, and contribute to the club’s friendly atmosphere.
Teamwork: Diving is both an individual and a team sport. Members should be willing to collaborate, offer constructive feedback, and work together to achieve common goals.
Safety First: Diving can be challenging, and safety is our top priority. Members are required to follow all safety guidelines, listen to coaches, and use proper equipment to minimize the risk of injury.
Open to Learning: Whether you’re new to diving or have been diving for years, there's always something new to learn. Members should approach each session with a mindset of growth and a willingness to improve.
Respect: We expect all members to treat one another, as well as the facilities and equipment, with respect. This helps create a welcoming environment for everyone.
Our Training
Dry-Land Stretching Sessions
Objective: To prepare the body for the physical demands of diving by improving flexibility, strength, and preventative rehab to reduce the risk of injury.
Board Work
Objective: To transition from dry-land training to actual diving, focusing on executing dives with precision and control.
Skill Development
Objective: To learn and perfect the fundamental lead-up exercises for all dive categories, establishing a solid foundation for advanced techniques.

To register your child for our diving program, please complete the following steps.
Step 1: Join AAU Diving
To ensure proper insurance coverage, you must register with AAU Diving. This step is essential for all participants.
Join AAU Diving

Step 2: Complete Registration Forms
After securing your insurance membership, please fill out the following forms:

This form collects essential details about your child and their diving schedule.

Step 3: Submit AAU Diving Membership Number
